Very few people I speak with my age (Gen X) are excited about AI becoming ingrained in everything. My students, mostly Gen Z and some Millennials, are not embracing it. They see it as a threat to their job prospects, art, science, teaching...

I was at Lowe's today and couldn't get my Lowe's Business card to work, and the checker looks at me, points to his apron lazily and says "Cause this ain't Lowe's". He had an orange Home Depot apron on. I was at Home Depot. 😅

Built a sturdy stand for flat files, something very much needed in my studio. Currently have papers and stencils laying on the floor, in folders, on tables, taking up needed space and getting dusty. I plan to make more prints going forward and paper storage is needed!

My recurrent dream- I forget that I have an aquarium and the water is about halfway gone, dirty, and there's still some live fishes who haven't had food for many months.

More than ever artists should have their own website. I've been saying it for 25 years. ALL the social media platforms will change over time- becoming divisively political, bought up by larger companies or fall out of favor for something new.

I updated my web site if anyone wants to see my newer works ❤. It feels good to highlight recent works and feels bad to say farewell to the older ones. Curating is always bittersweet. Enjoy!
