At 5:10 pm today I was sent a notification from my Congressman Mark Harris that he is holding a town meeting at 7:20 pm tonight, a livestream meeting. Unless I am mistaken, this is the first notice I have received of this meeting and it is not in person. I am puzzled. Anyone have any insights?
