Made some really good tacos today. Started with Mexican street corn. Added fajita chicken & pepper jack cheese to the filling. Topped w/Cholula chipotle hot sauce, sour cream & green onions. Delicious. Next time I think I'll add black beans to the filling & black olives for topping.🍽 🍜
