Is it as difficult and expensive as I think it is to buy prescription sports sunglasses?

This year's cherry season in BC is the best I've seen. I ate one yesterday and it made me giggle with delight- so so delicious.

I've just noticed (after years of use) that my Time Timer makes a subtle ticking noise. Subtle enough to be ignored for years but just annoying enough to be distracting right now. Sigh.

Meant to put something in the mail but forgot. Don't think it will get there before the strike deadline so I guess I'll hold on to it. Drat.

Okay 1 day in to being back in "short text post" land I am reminded how much the internet has a US bias. I can't influence or participate in US politics so I'd rather not hear about the latest American legislative agenda.

I did miss the ability to type short missives into a box and have them displayed to all and sundry. Plus ça change...
