It doesn't matter if he had contact with them two weeks earlier. It doesn't matter who started it. What matters is that an unarmed human was murdered unnecessarily. The could have easily cuffed and arrested him and he would still be alive today.

The gun was taken from him. He no longer was a possible threat to the officers (ice cbp Nazi gestapo goons) . He was down on the ground defenceless and yet two of them felt the need to put ten bullets in him. Where are the charges of outright murder?
