3/ the two from Virginia. Possibly Blunt Rochester as well. I want to emphasize that as we move down that list things get fuzzier. Lots of chatter and rumor. Figure in lots of uncertainty even for the people at the center of decisions when you’re to the maybes. But here is the critical point….
