I was just discussing this possibility last night. I would think that if ICE is setting the standard for deadly force, then I can see ICE being the target of such fear and the citizen that killed the agents justified in similar situations. The standard came straight from the White House.

In the video of the murder of Renee Good, In the video you can clearly see the ICE agent reach for his weapon well in advance with the anticipation that he would get to use his weapon. If he had time to do that, he had time to ensure he was out of harms way. In summary; he was never in harms way.
