I've had complete strangers give me unsolicited children's' book ideas (split the profit 50/50 of course!) while I was trying to discreetly photocopy furry porn. 🙃

My advice to all budding artists is if your mom’s friend’s cousin’s neighbor’s whomever asks you to illustrate her children’s book idea…just run. Run and never look back.
