Agree with your selection criteria. Busio is from Greensboro so I’d throw him in the mix. William Hesmer was from Wilson and was a solid MLS keeper in his day. Logan Pause deserves a shout.

Eddie Pope has to be on your top players list. Does just playing at a NC college get you eligible? That would make a best of list quite hard. CASL/NCFC is probably the long standing top youth club.
