With the passing of the poster child of homophobia, I’m reminded of the time I picked up a copy of The Anita Bryant Story: The Threat of Militant Homosexuality.
In the book, she asserted that the Forbidden Fruit was not an actual fruit, but a polite metaphor for that which contains seed.
