Member of the NSW Legislative Council for the Legalise Cannabis Party
At Budget Estimates, I asked: Where’s the policy for the NSW medicinal cannabis industry?

Minister Houssos admitted NSW has none. While the US builds a $400B industry and Victoria positions itself for jobs and investment, NSW is left with Cannabis TimTam jokes.

Connecticut legalised cannabis last year. Researchers tracked crashes statewide & near dispensaries. Result? No spike. The science keeps saying the same thing: legalisation doesn’t cause the road carnage opponents promise. NSW’s RDT laws need to catch up.

Beyond rooting the climate, new coal is going to cost all other sectors of the economy big time www.smh.com.au/environment/...
Expansion of coal will come at a cost. A new report says it won’t be mining that pays
The NSW Net Zero Commission has warned the state is not on track to meet legislated emission reduction targets and that any expansion of coal mining will force other industries to make deeper cuts.

Australians deserve the right to grow their own cannabis—empowering patients, reducing costs, and ensuring safer access.

It’s time to end reliance on overpriced, overregulated systems and give people back the freedom to cultivate their own medicine. 🌱

THC can linger in your system for days or even weeks after use-but that doesn't mean you're impaired.

Punishing medicinal cannabis patients for driving responsibly isn't road safety: it's outdated and unfair.

Road safety policies should focus on actual impairment, not traces of THC.

BREAKING: Cannabis overdose risk - 680kg in 15mins!
NSW laws are protecting us from...what exactly?

2.5M Aussies use cannabis with zero deaths, but we criminalise them instead of leading sensible reform.

Time to ditch outdated laws & treat adults like adults.🌿
