I genuinely feel bad that I simply dont have the energy and bandwidth to care as much about people and all the horrible stuff everyone seems to be going through like I used to. Even if I wasn’t dealing with personal stuff. There is just so much it’s overwhelming. I don’t want to neglect my friends 😫

Think I might try and stream a new solo run of Stardew Vallley later, possible today. I got it on sale and I been wanting to play. I've never gotten past the first season so id still be a big noob and first time properly playing.

Think I might try and stream a new solo run of Stardew Vallley later, possible today. I got it on sale and I been wanting to play. I've never gotten past the first season so id still be a big noob and first time properly playing.
Mmm, I can feel the after con/trip depression and holiday blues trying to creep in. Im doing alright so far. Trip was fun and despite some stressors it was completely worth it! I only regret not having the energy to enjoy it more. Just have to get through the holidays and stay positive for 2026 🫠

Dam I cant seem to catch a break when it comes to, well taking a break. Maybe Ill feel better once the depression eases up. But my 4 day weekend seem to have just drained me and I didn't even do anything. Maybe ill be able to relax more once certain things are no longer up in the air and settled 🫠

Anyone else sometimes struggle with negative/anxiety thoughts as soon as they try to sleep? Feels like no matter what u do/think u cant stop it, like a flood from a dam and all u have is a pale/bucket. Even if u had a great day it can still happen sometimes. Im going to be exhausted today for sure 🫠

One day I’ll learn to manage my constant anxiety. And function like a normal competent person. But not today!!!

I feel like I might need to take not just a online detox but a social one and be a hermit for like a week idk. But I know isolation invites rumination. It be one thing if it was just my own problems but so many are going through it and I can’t do anything about it which only makes it worse 😩😭
