This song was good actually. It kind of exploited Paul but I could see this getting a resurgence more than other 2010s songs. The hook is catchy af.

"Get his ass” Is so unreasonably funny to me. A huge win for the English language. Today's version of "seize him" imo

I find it funny that when professional musicians list their favorite albums it's always pretty well known stuff but when film people list their favorite films its always the most obscure films casual audiences haven't seen.

"The logic of algorithms tends to repeat what works, but art opens up what is possible"

Damn, the new Pope may end up being the only person in any kind of global power that fucking gets it.

"Here Comes the Sun" is such a weird song to be The Beatles most popular song.

Toy Story is possibly my favorite animated film of all time. As much as it pains me to say this, I have zero interest in this sequel. It actually makes me retroactively dislike Toy Story 4 now. Just kill the franchise or get new characters.

Finished UPLOAD season 4. Wow. That was shockingly terrible. The show was already terrible and its ending was genuinely one of the saddest slogs across the finish line I have ever seen.

Pluribus is such an interesting show because it seems like it would be perfect for a mystery box type direction but instead it explicitly goes out of its way to explain almost everything immediately. I'm fascinated where the show will go.

My Beatles hot take is that I don't like the album cover to Revolver.

I try to not get super political, but who the fuck stops funding SNAP for political reasons? Like, what are you going to do next to own the other side? Drown puppies?

When Taylor Swift released The Tortured Poets Department, I said that concise mainstream albums were over and that most mainstream albums would be 30-40 songs.

After that, several of the biggest concise pop albums of the decade came out, followed by Taylor releasing a concise album a year later.

Learning that the Atlanta Rhythm Section don't do that much jamming live is very disappointing to me. Where's my extended live versions of "Champagne Jam" and "Sky High" goddammit 😢
