Walmart gets an incentive for hiring people who are on programs like SNAP, WIC, Section 8, SSI, and more. They earn 90,000 per person and then keep the wages low so they stay on those programs. While those employees spend that money at their job. WALMART IS DOUBLE DIPPING IN GOVERNMENT MONEY!
