What's your JayRoy (TM) trope? "This may be too long as a trope but I've never really liked Roy's characterization in N52 RHATO, so in my JayRoy fics, I really like to see a mature, leader-type Roy who has pretty much been in place where Jason currently is and becomes the voice of reason to guide Jason. I find it makes for a better dynamic without one character being 'dumbed' down to make the other look greater. "
