my slightly left of middle ground stance is all studios using genAi in games in any capacity forfeit all IP rights, past, present and future. meaning their entire catalog is up for torrenting and cracking, and even re-uploading to steam by anyone.

If (A i) replaced sports, what would be the point? Because the appeal is in the performance of athletes with a history and connection to their team. Same with racing, what's the point of looking at images of fake cars, fake courses and fake engines. The appeal is missing.
