I thought I could keep it to myself, but apparently this is a big deal and it affects me in a way. I was let go at work, after 5 years working there. It’s not about the AI though. I’m also in a severe burnt out state, I can’t stay there for long anyway.

follow up: it's tendonitis. It doesn't seem serious, but I will have to take meds for 2 weeks and rest.
while I was there I asked the doctors about carpal tunnel syndrome and they said from the ultrasound I didn't have it, so that's some thing good out of it.

Hmm I hate to admit this as a problem, but my wrist has been in pain for a few months. And it's my dominant hand. The pain is little enough to ignore, but it's randomly increased twice recently. And I'll have to see a doctor.
If this day job is really gonna leave me with an injury... 😮💨
