Maresca has made Palmer bad!

Apart from Cucurella and (maybe) Caicedo, all the players are WORSE this season. Gusto, Colwill, Jackson, even Palmer—all worse this season. The team lacks any identity. It's worse than under Pochettino. What is Maresca doing? Where is the improvement?
