@jamiejirak.bsky.social there is no formal confirmation that Frank knows Matt is DD but there are SEVERAL moments in the ER after he's arrested in DDS2 & convos he has with Karen in the PS1 that hint that he suspects. Personally I believe he knew as soon as Matt introduced himself in the hospital
