New Home Assistant card I made last night. As a salaried employee, display the dollar amount I’m effectively donating back to my company in free labor when I’m at my desk over 8 hours. Resets daily.
This may come off as if I’m disgruntled, but it was only about real data of a thought experiment!

ILM did a lot of incredible work on this movie. I got to work on nearly all stages of visual effects on this one, from preproduction and virtual production, to post-production. I’m proud of how my team helped bring another story to the Tron universe. #pinchme

I saw the headline "Alien:Earth episode 5 is the best Alien movie in 39 years" thinking it was hyperbole. Just finished it and wow that wasn't an exaggeration. It kinda makes me wish we had 60 min feature films. I'd love to see this on the silver screen.

I made my own cocktail, which I shall dub the Bermuda Bramble! 1 oz of Gosling’s Black Seal Rum, fresh blackberry soda made from my backyard wild berry syrup, and a squeeze of lime. 🍋🟩 I’ve made some clunkers in the past but this is frickin’ delicious. #yum #cocktails

I just issued my first TLS certificate directly in Kubernetes against a Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Server after Terraforming the snot out of some Helm charts and a ClusterIssuer manifest with full Gitlab CI deployment.
I feel like I need a section on my resume for just that one task.

As I was watching it I could see that this week’s episode of The Studio was not going to mention Apple or Tim Cook as a meta-reference to the story. It is so perfect to learn Apple asked to put Tim in there to replace <spoiler> and show leadership refused.

I really need to hold my opinion until the end of the season, but I think, I think Daredevil: Born Again might be way better than the original series. I’m loving the big swings so far.

The irony of finally getting my ADHD diagnosis today at nearly 47 years of age and promptly leaving the doctor’s office without my favorite jacket, stopping before getting in my car and thinking “hmm, it’s cold I don’t know why I didn’t bring my jacket”….

I got a walking treadmill for my desk and it’s great. The thing no one (including the manual) talks about is the static electric buildup. I had to buy an antistatic band because I keep glitching my monitor and audio equipment with discharges!
