Maybe what you need is a good fight to shake the party up, weed out the ones who are only there for their own interests, we need people who are proactive, that can be two steps ahead of the republicans, because right now democrats seem weak, and your constituents are getting tired.

What gets me is that he didn’t even try to put up a fight, as if he doesn’t know how important this is to the people of America.

I would tend to agree with you on that only due to the fact that we all know the democrats are reactionary & not proactive, they have no fight in them & suck at messaging, their leadership is stuck in the bygone era & until they grow a spine they will keep getting stepped on.

Here’s an idea, if the republicans won’t hold town halls, then send the democrats to the republican districts and talk to their constituents about what’s happening, That should put some pressure on them.
