One of the most profound learning I’ve had this year is that, to know something is just the initial step but what really causes a behavior change is to REALLY internalize that knowledge for one’s own context. Theory is easy, practice… not so much

Drastically reduce emissions first, or carbon dioxide removal will be next to useless.

Lately I’ve started to get into melodic drum & bass for working. If I combine it with flow state work, It feels like riding a space train 🚊
