JatmanScone came about from an old gaming name, Scatman John. A friend and I were in the back of a bus just making riffs off names, and JatmanScone was a riff of Scatman, and it stuck since.
Xergia came from a mix of Zerg from Starcraft, and the IA sounded like a nice draconic flair to it.
