A declaration filed in a case involving the Whipple detention center in Minnesota alleges that there was a stack of new car seats in the facility.

Not Oregon. Not Illinois.
Only Minnesota.
Even more shocking? Out of the 33000 in the field between ICE and CBP, only 13000 are wearing cameras.
