The extent of my denial about Twitter extends to the extent of effort I put in to build community and engage with the world there. The fact that it is really over is painful and I don’t think I can do it again here.

I keep forgetting I’m trying Bluesky. I keep getting caught in philosophical arguments about government and human nature. Then I remember Bluesky is what the internet can be so I’m back over here to check it out again.

obviously the most recent explosion in growth is linked to the election but the enthusiastic level of engagement makes me think people are pretty hungry to interact with users who act like people instead of bots
