Since, in some places, the Epiphany is celebrated today… 🌟
Reflection for this weekend… We all long to belong. The Epiphany reveals a God who welcomes everyone - no exceptions. Christ meets us where we are and invites us to do the same: open hearts, open doors, and make room for all in the light of grace.

“God is determined to rescue us from both old and new forms of slavery. He involves young and old, poor and rich, men and women, saints and sinners in his works of mercy, and in the wonders of his justice.” Pope Leo XIV - January 6, 2026

January 6, 2021… It was a sad and terrifying day when democracy was violently assaulted. Yet, the main instigator has not been held accountable - and even worse, 51.5% of voters 🇺🇸 have said, “We want him back!” Prayers for our southern neighbours 💔 #democracy #justice

As a concerned Canadian 🇨🇦: We have oil, lumber, potash - resources the world depends on. In a time of shifting alliances and power plays, it’s fair to ask: are we next? Let’s stay awake, engaged, and committed to peace, sovereignty, and the common good. #CanadaStrong🇨🇦

When you feel inadequate, you’re exactly where grace begins. God doesn’t abandon those who trust Him - He strengthens them. Stop relying only on yourself. Place your full trust in His powerful help. #ThoughtForTheDay inspired by St. Eugene de Mazenod 🙏✨

We stand by the people of Venezuela and support a peaceful and democratic transition.

Any solution must respect international law and the UN Charter.

New Year’s reflection… Before rushing into plans and resolutions, let’s pause for a moment. Like Mary, to be present - to ponder what God is already doing here and now. The year doesn’t need answers yet. Just an open heart. 🙏✨

#YearInReview 🍁 Welcoming my brother and sister-in-law to Canada gave me fresh eyes. Through simple excursions, I rediscovered how beautiful this country is - local, close, and often overlooked. Sometimes it takes slowing down to see the wonder right in front of us. #CanadaBeautiful 🇨🇦🍁

#YearInReview 🌊 Grateful for a few quiet days on the Pacific coast earlier this year - space to breathe and reflect. It may be my last visit to the United States for a while. In the midst of so much turmoil, I pray for democracy, accountability, healing, and peace for our southern neighbours. 💔🇺🇸
