Can I expect the same bulk ferment time based on temp?
Normally 1 loaf for me 5-6hrs from time of mix and folds to shape. (Based on dough temp)

13yr old went to a friend's birthday party 25min away. Wasn't going to drop her off head, home, then go back when there was a B&N within walking distance.
Both of us picked up books. I found a quiet place to read, have some good food while she was with her friends.
