Trump cabinet meeting. Did all members have names on folded paper in front of them? Like a training class?

I guess I'm not greedy enough to understand why people with so much wealth are so willing to sell out democracy for a tax cut that will give them additional wealth they would not be able to spend in 10 lifetimes.
