I wrote this IU Reactionary: What I Want to See piece before knowing the game WILL NOT be televised this Thursday.

I've added my roster/depth chart to this piece along with questions I was hoping to answer by watching...But I wrote it so here it is. #iufb

I explain why Aiden Fisher is the goat, despite not a lot of PFF love & why I think RS Freshman Quentin Clark is headed for a breakout.

I examine my two spring "breakouts" Tyrique Tucker and Dominique Ratcliff (yes, I think both are going to be awesome), and explain why IU is lucky to have Mikail Kamara back.

ahh, yes...if there was one thing the founders were known to be for it was unfettered power for the executive.
Alina Habba: "There's a separation of powers for a reason. The executive branch is the ultimate authority on federal issues."

Simpson becomes the 1st commit for IU in the ‘26 high school class.

Simpson plays LT in his HUDL video but projects inside based on his size. He needs to continue to get more agile but plays with leverage and power through the whistle.

A very good start to ‘26 for IU. #iufb

IU (#iufb) updated it's roster on Wednesday for Spring.

I have updated my IU Reactionary Roster (below) working Google doc to reflect the changes made by IU, including walk on's (iuhoosiers.com/sports/footb...).

Removed Philostin, Jones, Johnson.
Added Vanhorse for 8th year (!!).

One interesting thing with the addition of CB Ryland Gandy is that IU is absolutely loaded now at that position.

Returnees:

Ponds
Johnson
Sharpe

Transfers:

Knighton
Gandy

I posted my “Way Too Early” depth chart on offense for IU in ‘25 and it turns out…it was way too early and I should have waited.

Here’s the first iteration for offense in my newsletter…will update and do defense soon.

This includes a link to my working Google Doc with depth charts. #iufb

Just wanted to throw in some Mendoza highlights. I could add more but only a 1 min limit…

Mendoza doesn’t have a massive arm but he can move, he makes the right reads, he’s deadly in the RPO and he’s a gamer.

He’s got keep getting better but the sky is the limit. #iufb

I really do think IU is a sleeping giant in football. I’ve been telling my friends and family that for the better part of 2 decades…

But it took a person like Cignetti, who combines gumption with results, to put the puzzle pieces together to galvanize the fan base.

In my CFP edition of the Prediction and Preview for IU at Notre Dame, I lay out why I think all the pressure is on ND, what IU needs to do to move the ball and how to (attempt) to stop ND's awesome offense.

Biggest game in program history but the pressure is on ND, imo.

I expect 20+ for this portal class.

I will update this thread with each new commitment and include their 247 page, position, previous school and eligibility left.
