Just a few days before entering the 2025 Hurricane and Typhoon Season, the EPAC could be the first to awaken this season developing a low in about 4 days, not looking like a significant threat to Mexico. If named, Alvin is the first up. A possible weak low developing in the Gulf a week later:

From eastern Kentucky to Virginia and Maryland, a severe weather setup will pose a triple threat this afternoon and evening:
• Damaging wind gusts, locally greater than 60 mph
• Large hail with 1-2 inches in diameter, and locally greater than 3 inches
• Isolated tornadoes possible
