After months (possibly years) of planning, we’ve launched the new PR Agency One.

Think international reach, sector-led expertise, and next-gen measurement.

Just shared a few thoughts with the BBC about Meghan Markle’s brand. The sentiment is noisy - but if your products are selling out, the message is landing.

Just remembering lockdown. What skill did you learn? We taught ourselves to make restaurant grade Tonktotsu ramen. Thanks to a book by Ramen Lord.

It literally took days to make.

Titchmarsh is going in hard on Avocados, the national symbol of the oppressed millennial community.

Those delightful green fruit have had quite the ride, traversing the highs and lows of public opinion.

Choose Weetabix over avocados to save the planet, says Alan Titchmarsh
The fruit is destroying the environment and is a leading cause of hand injuries, its detractors claim. Refuse to eat them, says the TV gardener

Every morning I spend at least an hour reading the news but right now I really can’t face it. So I played a lot of chess instead but this morning got hammered 3-0. Stupid memes on Insta have been a salvation. Thank god the gym has a spa or honestly I’d struggle to switch off.

I tested an AI avatar of myself using Synthesia. It’s strange but has real potential for translating proposals and making business content more engaging. Some will love it, others will find it dystopian. I am still figuring out where I stand on it. It’s a bit nuts!

It’s pretty wild times out there. Trying not to let geo-political issues you have no control over live rent free in your head is hard.

Photos of my kids eating pancakes helped today.

Hope you are all good. Keep smiling!

Getting your brand mentioned alongside the right words/phrases in authoritative media is one of the most effective ways to show up in AI answers.

Asked what his 1990 film Wild at Heart was about, Lynch replied: “Well, it’s about one hour and forty-five minutes.”

Four Heads Came Our on Wednesday. I love this piece - it’s typically weird, nightmarish, and funny all at once. I often revisit it for perspective when the kids are acting up. RIP David Lynch.
