I never understood the rationale for term limits. All you're doing is ensuring your time limited politician will push the agenda of whatever company or industry he'll work for he leaves gov't. #termlimits

BTW Donny didn't "own the libs" when he commuted George Santos sentence because now he doesn't have to pay back thousands of $$$ to Republican donors. Donny screwed over his base...again.

The Senate can change the filibuster rules to allow a 50 majority vote to end the shutdown. Maybe they won't because they're terrified of the 3rd Q Jobs Report that's due.

No one should be surprised that a political party who doesn't believe in gov't would negotiate to keep healthcare for millions. They want them to be peasants for corporate fiefdoms.

It's pretty well known in comics' circles that Frank Miller based his depiction of Matt Murdock on Robert Redford around the "Three Days of the Condor" era. Ever since then, every time I read his DAREDEVIL I see Robert Redford. RIP #robertredford #daredevil #comics #comicbooks #cinema

Really enjoyed FANTASTIC FOUR & the tag line sums it up perfectly. I really believed these characters love each other which is a far cry from the bickering in past Marvel films. I like this direction.

Conservative logic: Some people don't believe in vaccines therefore no one can have them. Some are against abortion so no one can have one. The elite think the rich shouldn't pay taxes but all the rest do. They voted for all this.

Republicans have been drooling for years to enact a Consumption Tax on everyone while giving tax cuts to the rich. And with the Tariffs they did it. And MAGA is cheering while they pay more.

If poor & disabled people need to prove they work to receive Medicaid, shouldn't churches have to prove they give a portion of their income to help the poor & disabled to not pay taxes? Say 95%?
