One tiny fleeting thought that’s scaring me is that some people who are being (wrongfully and cruelly) deported may have actually been done a favor in that whatever is next up for us is so bad that if you could get out, you would, and people just might.

It’s time for me to come clean. I don’t really like cocktails or alcohol or even the effects of alcohol. I just really like juice and all the creative ways you can mix flavor profiles together to achieve something interesting. Mocktails are valid.

Half my friends are yoga teachers or getting yoga certifications and I love that for me because I am always going to free yoga and they’re such great instructors

I think I’m going to make a Substack- it’s the closest I can get to a podcast without having to edit clips of my voice while still maintaining and sharing my cumulative brain rot with those who choose to participate
