The longest sniper kill was recorded in August 2025 by a Ukrainian sniper from the "Pryvyd" (Ghost) unit, who eliminated two Russian soldiers from a distance of 4,000 meters (4,374 yards) using a Ukrainian-made 14.5mm "Alligator" rifle.
