I saw others alter the worlds with mods like TOOL and Blowtorch and It inspired me to make my own overrides for Windenburg to make my occult savefile more timeless..

WIP: I'd like Windenburg to be more timeless as part of my plan to make a fantasy and occult focused save file and, I'm so particular about things that I decided to try and make my own overrides for the modern elements and cover all the fountains using TOOL.
