It’s called anxiety when: you have an appointment at 7:30am, but haven’t been there before so you arrive by 7am, but because you accounted for more traffic, you arrived by 6:37am, then check your appointment again and realize you put it in your calendar EARLY, so the appointment is REALLY at 7:45am
