It has been a whirlwind of busy and taking care of new teams. Just this short week where I leave tomorrow for a 3 day Reno show, Team 3 opens to me personally about some life stuff and I had to calm them down and assert them how to handle a situation. So I am now manager and HR.

Man, I love our DM so much. He goes out of his way to write up the most ominous scenes and describes the atmosphere to the point we're all reacting like we're actually in the setting. Can't wait to see what happens next bc it ended on a cliff hanger!

Lmao, stabbed my big toe at work today. I am pretty sure the edge went in half inch deep. I doctored it, iodine, peroxide, antibiotic. It's sore but I'll manage.

Today has been insaaaane, but while I have a short break before going back in for a few hours: nothing makes me more happy than when Saffron hears my voice, runs from the back of the cage into my face just to squish his beak into my nose with an excited 'WOO!' in exchange for chest kisses. ;;

I had to have a MRI and removed my eyebrow piercing for the procedure, lost the bottom ball. Went to see my piercing guy and he not only replaced the ball, but shortened it so now it isn't touching my eyelid. Looks so much better now!

My work schedule changed over the weekend for this coming up weekend literally while I was working lol. In a good way! Instead of going on a long trip again, we have Las Vegas followed by a close California show. This is perfect to get some stuff done I've been wanting to do.

We did a one off adventure for DnD tonight titled 'Orc Pope' and it was gloriously hilarious. Shout out to our DM putting it together on post-it-notes and my best buds having amazing characters/reactions.

Cut my hair today as a lob so I can beach wave it like I did a couple years ago. Threw my damn right SI joint out last weekend and need to attend the chiro tomorrow about it bc I am limping with pain. 🫠 Work is frustrating lol.

Dentist went better this week after last week's screw up. Got the right crown placement and 2 cavities filled. I know each person is different but anytime I get numbed up it lasts until 7pm. It's wild.

I love my husband so much. The dentist did not go well today and when he picked me up from the clinic to take us home, I went into the office to spy a baby plumeria tree on my desk. ;; Gonna find a place to plant it tomorrow!
