It’s (always) a great time to read @stevevladeck.bsky.social’s The Shadow Docket. In addition to urging complacency in the face of a crumbling constitutional order, Alito is also a massive, shameless hypocrite.
Alito has finally published his dissent from the Supreme Court’s emergency order last night. It’s joined by Thomas, and accuses the majority of violating multiple procedural rules in its race to halt unlawful deportations.
