The Celtics’ film obsession starts with the coaching staff. A well-oiled machine.

“It's not really on them. It's more on me and the staff to remind them of that,” Mazzulla said.

The film room, and the staff, has lifted Boston to where it is today.

The Celtics' one-of-a-kind film session in December may have been unique, but it reflects how they've run things behind the scenes.

Coaches don't yell, scream, and give out orders.

Film is a conversation. And it's made players much more eager to learn.

Nikola Vucevic did a little bit of everything for the Celtics last night. And it's no coincidence that he's improving rapidly in their system.

“He worked his ass off from an individual film standpoint.”

Nikola Vucevic is starting to blossom into what the Celtics need
After two straight games of ugly three-point shooting, the Boston Celtics hit the refresh button on Wednesday night. And unfortunately for the Chicago Bulls, they were on the receiving end of it.
