MS Now reports Maduro will be transferred to the Metropolitan Correction Center in Brooklyn.

That's the same federal facility where Jeffrey Epstein died. A reminder that Epstein died on Trump's watch.

Of all the federal prisons, why did DOJ choose this one?

Once again, a Republican president undermines the United States' standing to condemn foreign nations that sponsor terrorism and political upheaval by deploying the military to topple a foreign political leader:

Reagan: too many to list
GHW Bush: Panama
GW Bush: Iraq
Trump: Venezuela

Nations attacked:
Trump (both terms): Afghanistan, Syria, Somalia, Iraq, Iran, Venezuela, Nigeria, Yemen, ships in int'l waters, and occupied cities in the US.

Trump total: 10

Obama (8): Afghanistan, Pakistan, Libya, Yemen, Somalia, Iraq, Syria.

Biden (5): Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Jordan, Iraq.

Current speculation is that Trump was advised to install a puppet government in Venezuela after his illegal raid.

He's currently deciding who to install in the top spot, and it's between Charlie McCarthy and Miss Piggy.

He was going to drop prices "500, 600, even 1,000%," he said.

He would order pharma co's to lower costs for US customers--because that's what a POTUS can do in a free market economy.

Trump has zero dignity, situational awareness, or maturity.

He lives in a world where everyone--including himself--can be bought off with a bribe (or a "good" meal, for the working peons). He is a disgrace to the United States.
Trump tells the press as he meets with Zelenskyy, "I think you could sit outside and have some food. Would you like to have food or do you consider that a bribe, and therefore you cannot write honestly? ... Margo, take them outside and tell the chef to serve them good lunch."

I'm not sure why I find this so funny: Florida GOP gov candidate Byron Donalds is pulling "the race card" on a fellow Republican candidate who referred to him as "a slave."

The GOPer says it's not an insult because Donalds' ancestors were, in fact, never slaves. floridapolitics.com/archives/770...
James Fishback argues Byron Donalds shouldn’t be offended by ‘slave’ slur, calls him a ‘tether’

Trump hires only perverts and criminals: Hegseth who assaulted his pregnant mistress, RFK Jr. whose infidelity is legendary, Linda McMahon who covers up her husband's sexual assaults on male and female WWE performers, or these former Proud Boys who steal groceries. newrepublic.com/post/204750/...

"you dope"?

Whoever handles the DOJ twitter account must be fired immediately. This is a disgrace to the nation.

They are a public servant. MAGA fails to understand that government employees are subservient to the American public, not rulers over it.

The White House just announced that the Trump-hosted Kennedy Center Honors broadcast was watched by a record 716 billion Americans, smashing previous records and establishing Donald Trump as the greatest television host of all time.

It reports TVs worldwide turned themselves on to watch.

A trend I've noticed very recently on social media:

People in the MAGAsphere are now blocking non-friends and -followers from responding to their social media posts, apparently sick of reality-based friends correcting their pro-Trump propaganda posts.

Yesterday, Jim Beam announced it will shut down its Clermont, KY distillery (1,000 ee's) for '26 because Trump's trade war led to a global drop in demand for bourbon as foreign consumers boycott US products.

In Nov, Tyson shut down a Nebraska plant (3,200 ee's) due to a drop in demand for US beef.

This is what will cause MAGA to:

For years, Trump claimed that the Epstein files would expose Democratic depravity and criminality, and he would expose them to ruin the Dems. The MAGA crowds lusted for blood.

Now, the files show Trump and his friends to be fiends.
