@nicollewallace.bsky.social Nicole, why isn’t anyone talking about PAYGO language in the Reconciliation Bill to cut Medicare payments to doctors by 4%? The impact- doctors stop accepting Medicare patients treating them like- oh my God-Medicaid recipients. they already cut reimbursement by 2%
