Well, a bill that I thought had been taken care of was not, and now I have to deal with the repercussions of that. I'm sick of the systematic violence being done to the poor and disabled in this country. And make no mistake that complicating social service systems is absolutely a type of violence.

What are some of your coping strategies when you are completely overwhelmed by things? I've considered asking someone to come be a physical body in the room to motivate me to *do* something, but I don't know if that will work. I'm really struggling, guys, any help or ideas would be very welcome.
