I'm struggling with having done this right before Thanksgiving, especially with having to see my parents last week at a funeral, but I feel like I'm happier because of it. Time will tell, and I hope they truly learn why I'm so upset with them.
Let me be a lesson for you that it's absolutely okay to go no contact even with family if they make your life miserable. Best decision I made a few years ago and haven't regretted it a single moment! 💚
Pretty sure he would have preferred I died in the closet if the choice was up to him. He’d much rather have a dead son than an alive and happy daughter. Absolute ghouls.
