At last feeling better and back to work. Been editing an interesting piece for a friend; a noir-ish short story about modern gods and architectural trends.

So as the topper to an already rough week I found out yesterday that I've got a deviated septum, which has been impacting my breathing since childhood, and now I've gotta get my nose broken from the inside, wheeee.

Ugh. What a week I've had. Between having to replace my phone and not being quite as over what I picked up from GenCon as I thought, and a ton of household cleanup I've barely gotten anything done.

"Looking forward" to about 7 hours of flying. Wheeee.... glad that all the books I managed to squeeze into my bag clocked in at 49.5 pounds exactly. Still having to cart around a heavy bag. Hope it fits in the overhead.

I'm about to leave my first GenCon! Every part of me is tired, but I think this has been great! I've got so many business cards to file now 😁. And I might need to get a new shelf for all the books I got.

If that would be okay with you, I'd love that. I've worked mainly with Onyx Path and High Level Games in the past, and maintain this list of accessibility resources for tabletop creators (more like small biz/shops/community creators, but still): www.flowerstorm.tech/tabletop-cre...
To be clear, if you are a person with 4 million dollars to spend on a comic project and you invest that money in a system that takes work away from artists and disincentivizes people from pursuing art professionally rather than in artists to make your comic, YOU are the one gatekeeping art.

Buildings flashed past in his peripheral vision. Jenys could hear the wind rattling past his helmet as he peered down for a moment, watching the needle tremble past 150. Dodging and weaving, he saw his pursuers were still clinging to his tail like terriers, refusing to let him go. He needed an idea.
