2% body fat. Compare that to Elephants, which are around 8-10%, or rhinos, which are 10-20%.
The average human is around 20-40%, for reference.

i finished touch and go by brigham vaugh today. tbh i was a bit nervous cause i couldn’t stand micah in the previous books but i was surprised by his character growth. not sure yet if i’ll read the next book in the series though 😅 #booksky
