Watching @itsrox.bsky.social TOTB 678 & I gotta tell you, anecdotally, the uptick in permanent sterilization requests is real. We saw it w/ the Dobbs decision & it's not surprising now. I remember back when YSAP 1st got elected there was an uptick in LARC placement & probs permanent sterilization.
