I’ve been on a huge Greek food craving train the last month or so. It’s all I want to eat. Massive Greek salads with chicken have been my hyper fixation meals. Literally ordered a massive thing of chicken shawarma rice and grilled veggies last night and I can’t wait to eat the rest later.

To my chronic illness/pain friends: I kept getting target ads for the Visible band on IG and finally decided to get one bc I felt like I hadn’t been great pacing myself and have been in a cycle of flares more lately than usual and I am pretty impressed after only 5 days

I was depressed for months and months and months on end and withdrew from everyone then I quit my toxic job and have plans with different people this entire long weekend, which is the most socializing I’ve done for a long time. Maybe this was the cure all along.
