Fire and Ice: Welcome to Smallville is the first comic featuring the duo that I've read since Justice League International and it is so good. It reminds me a lot of Ryan North's run on Unbeatable Squirrel Girl with how it handles comedy. The art style is really similar as well.

Superman (1978) is still the greatest Superman movie we've ever had and I will take no other options. This movie fills me with such pure-hearted whimsy and good vibes and that's how it should be.

Prince of Persia: Warrior Within might be the most absurd edgelord shit I've seen come out of the early 00s. We got buttrock in every combat encounter, a darker tone, women in battle lingerie where the first thing you see is her pale asscheeks. It's insane. I love it.

The New 52 Action Comics run is absolutely incredible which is shocking because it's, y'know, the New 52. And then I remember that 3 of the 9 volumes were primarily written by Grant Morrison and they've had a pretty great track record with comics.

You know what? I don't think it's fair that IGN reviewed Like a Dragon when it's only half done. So far I'm enjoying this new take on a story I've known and loved for years and I don't think a 4/10 is the right score to give.
