Well that was a success. I wasn’t really sure how this cured dough thing would turn out, but damn it was good. Exactly what I was trying to achieve. Super thin and very crispy! Gonna make another batch of dough and play around with the curing time, go a little shorter. 🍽️ #pizza #cooking

In my never ending search for the perfect homemade pizza, I’m trying something a little bit different. Cured pizza dough. 🤔 The dough was fermented for 5 days in the fridge, then rolled out and left to dry or “cure” for 12+ hours. We’re going for ultra thin and cracker crispy. Results later 🍽️ #pizza

It’s a week to November and we are finally getting some cold nights. But here in the Chicago area I’m still seeing monarch butterflies. In my non butterfly professional opinion, that seems very late for them to still be around here. 🌱 #zone6 #gardeningfeed

Decided to get out of our normal concrete jungle and traffic, and go to a forest preserve for our walk. My girl Jinx was overloaded with new smells and didn’t know where to sniff next. 😆
She also saw deer for the first time.
