As is tradition, this sounds like a massive regression of what made the prior Black Ops so fun.
A fully cooperative Call of Duty is something I'd love to play in the future, but so far, it sounds like Black Ops 7 is just a good reminder to check out other co-op PvE military shooters instead...

With satisfying gunplay and very fun movement abilities providing solid foundations, there’s a reasonable mix of styles on show in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, even if it doesn’t fire on all cylinders 100% of the time.

I'm seeing people describe Call of Duty: Black Ops 7's campaign as a playable episode of Skibidi Toilet, which is probably the biggest turn-off you could label a game with.

Surprised myself this past weekend by playing Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted for hours on end in co-op.
I haven't even played PVZ before, but recently, the likes of Battlefield and Bloodlines 2 haven't been hitting, and somehow this did. The simpler the better, I guess.

Surprised myself this past weekend by playing Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted for hours on end in co-op.

I just found out that CityFibre are installing gigabit-capable networks in my building, and soon that sweet, sweet 1.2Gbps download and upload speeds will be mine 🙏

MindsEye is horrible, incredibly entertaining and might be one of the more memorable games I've finished this year.
No one sets out to make an awful game, but after hearing directly from a developer who worked on it... Well, it's safe to say it certainly wasn't sabotage that scuppered the game.

MindsEye is horrible, incredibly entertaining and might be one of the more memorable games I've finished this year.

Bloodlines is an RPG through and through, but this is a few perk points, a lot of fast paced action, and not a whole load of consequences. It's okay, and that's kinda sad TBH.
